Compliance. That’s a big one. We understand the nuances of real estate advertising. We keep up-to-date on BCFSA ruling and work hard to make sure our clients aren’t hit with big (stupid) fines.
Also, niche knowledge. We only do real estate, so, we spend a lot of time and care on learning about the real estate market, what works in this industry, and how to apply it to our clients.
Slack is our main method of communication. We’ll be in touch regularly with you basically every day, as if we’re a member of your team. We hope you’ll think of Slack as your “marketing channel.”
Slack or Google Drive. Slack is actually great for file sharing, but when you work with a videographer and want to organize your assets per listing, we find the easiest to use for all parties is Google Drive.
Yes, monthly. Meetings are an important part of our relationship. That being said, every hour we spend in meetings is an hour we’re not doing work for you. So we try to minimize the need for them by communicating regularly on Slack. Of course, if either you or we feel like we need to meet, we can schedule them on an “as-needed” basis.

Yes, you can cancel any time. We don’t do longterm contracts. We only ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice.
No, ad spend is separate. It’s important that you have your own ad accounts so that you maintain full control and security of your accounts. We will work within your budget and make recommendations.
Nope. If we market the team as a whole, it will cost the same as one agent.
Everything we build is yours. If you decide to part ways with us, rest assured that all the assets we've created together – your website, content, and any creative materials – remain yours. Upon the conclusion of our relationship, we'll provide you with all the necessary files and access credentials you need to take full control of your website, social media profiles, and any other digital assets we've developed for you. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition, allowing you to continue your marketing efforts seamlessly.
Yes, we recommend it. We work with agents who are solo and agents that have multiple assistants. We will handle all of the marketing while it’s best to let your assistants work on the important admin aspects of the business.
